Knijn & Damsma uses green and sustainable cleaning products and works with the Green Label.

Since the outbreak of the Coronavirus, we make even more use of our Clean Air machine. This is an air purifier that purifies and effectively cleans the air. When we use the advanced Clean Air machine, the (breathing) air is cleaned within 20 minutes.

E-lock and owners subscription

We have a large network in the region of North Holland and we work here with many owners. We tailor-make a package for an owner. This package always contains two fixed components: the monthly service and maintenance subscription and the leasing of an E-lock. We are available 24 hours a day for your guests and offer them all possible services to enjoy a pleasant stay. In addition, we offer (preventive) maintenance to assess your holiday home of optimal quality. In addition, we install an E-lock for your guests; check-in is contactless and smooth. As the owner, you no longer have to hand over the keys at a fixed time and the guests can enter the holiday home at the desired time.
